The sport of “Big Wave Surfing” has been around for a while, and as is the case with most extreme sports, thrives on pushing the limit.
Even so, the sport found itself limited to only a certain height and type of wave. The reason for this, is because when a wave reaches a certain height, the speed of the wave increases proportionally, and waves over 30 feet are moving too fast for anyone to paddle into. Read more of this post
