Part 1: The Health Benefits of Marijuana & Efficiency of Hemp Products in a Society
In this day and age, it is becoming incredibly difficult to deny the countless benefits of marijuana as medicine. Big Pharma and governments have been found guilty, repeatedly, of concealing the evidence that marijuana is not only harmless but has the potential to become the mother of all cures.
It’s called science. Regrettably, it looks like science has been prostituted by big business and made to say whatever those who hold the purse strings want it to say. The emerging fact is that marijuana is not only a powerful medicine that will help alleviate suffering but also that marijuana might have a potentially beneficial effect on preventing and curing deadly diseases like cancer.
So why do our political leaders refuse to see the scientific facts?
Is it just ignorance or something else? Read more of this post

I would like to believe that most somewhat sane/consciously-aware individuals will agree with me when I say that cannabis is essentially harmless, if not very beneficial for your overall health and well-being. Denial of this fact is simply a matter of ignorance and closed minded-ness, something a lot of us struggle with on a daily basis.
If you don’t agree with me that marijuana is beneficial and harmless to the human body, you probably have not done enough research yet, or you might have researched false information. I won’t go into specific details in this post but the information is out there and available for you, free of charge. Just make sure where you look is a reputable source. Just because the source is “mainstream” shouldn’t by any means automatically make it credible. Credibility is essentially up for you to decide.

Below is an infographic that deals with why most average people think cannabis is illegal, and the true reasoning behind cannabis actually being illegal. Have a look for yourself: (left-click for larger image) Read more of this post

If only I could lobotomize myself with a large vehicle battery, a bottle of Jack Daniels and a pair of heavy duty jumper cables, I might be able to cognitively function at the same convoluted level as the radical left. Over the last decade or so, the radical left has reminded us again and again that prohibition doesn’t work for marijuana — nor for alcohol — and they celebrated the decriminalization of marijuana in Colorado and Washington. The world’s oldest stash of nearly two pounds of cannabis was found in a tomb in China. The cannabis that was discovered is said to be over 2,700 years old, and was found lightly pounded in a wooden bowl in a leather basket near the head of a blue-eyed Caucasian man who died when he was about 45 years old. The man is said to have been a “Caucasoid shaman whose accoutrements included a large cache of cannabis, superbly preserved by climatic and burial conditions.” Read more of this post

Now I know that this sounds strange, but I have never done any drugs in my life harder than aspirin. I have never smoked marijuana and I don’t plan to. It’s funny that I have to preface this with that and I know this sounds strange because many people do it. Read more of this post

Don’t panic, but we have some bizarre news regarding the recent “zombie apocalypse” scare.

I am not telling ANYONE not to enjoy themselves this 4/20. By any rational means, you should BE ABLE TO enjoy the beneficial effects of one of the most incredible plants on earth: cannabis.
Whether sativa or indica, whether grown outdoors or inside, whether raised in soil or hydroponically, cannabis is a wonderful plant, one with multiple healing properties that medical science is only beginning to scratch the surface of.

Connecticut’s decriminalization of marijuana, which allows police departments to issue fines rather than arrests, has been in effect since July 1. The courts are already dealing with less of a case load due to the new law.
According to the Connecticut Post, there were 4,774 marijuana arrests from July 1-Dec. 1, 2010 for possession of marijuana less than four ounces. With the new law, there have been 1,127 arrests in that same period in 2011. There were nearly 2,000 tickets issued
Under the old law, possession of less than four ounces or drug paraphernalia containing marijuana residue was a misdemeanor punishable by a year in jail and a $1,000 fine. Possession of more than four ounces is a felony with more serious penalties.
According to the article, it’s possible officers are letting people off with a warning rather than issuing a ticket.
The decriminalization law, Public Act 11-71, reduced the penalty for possession of one-half ounce or less to a $150 fine, to a $200 to $500 fine for the second offense, and the higher fine plus referral to a drug awareness program for the third offense.
Anyone under age 21 also faces a 60-day driver’s license suspension. Penalties for possession of more than one-half ounce remain the same as before.

Cluster Headaches. The name alone says it all. I’m such a wuss that even the slightest discomfort in my head transforms me into an irritable, short-tempered jerk.
Now imagine having headaches so intense that they can be described as “having a blowtorch applied to your eye”, “a red-hot-poker shoved into your skull”, or “the back of your eyeball being squeezed in a constantly tightening vice.” Read more of this post

Rapper Freddie Gibbs claims he allegedly found a “Notice of Baggage Inspection” from the Transportation Security Administration in his suitcase, which held his fully intact bag of weed, that read “C’mon Son”
Freddie Gibbs, who recently formed the hip hop group P.O.C. (Pulled Over by the Cops) with a couple guys from The Cool Kids, tweeted the picture. “The TSA found my weed and let me keep it. They just left me a note. ‘C’mon Son’. Lol.”
Freddie’s claim does raise a few eyebrows, so what do you think of Gibbs’ tweet? Real or fake?
