Why I Still Think Mitt Romney is Going to Lose This Election

Way back in July, I came to the conclusion that Mitt Romney was going to lose this election.

When I came to that conclusion he still had not picked a vice presidential candidate and he was still pretty far behind in the polls. At the end of August I published a re-post that included Paul Ryan’s selection which only reinforced my main point. Read more of this post

2012 Election Debate Week Preview

As a political “junkie”, it really doesn’t get more exciting than this. It’s really the first time the candidates for president of the United States will be in the same room let alone the fact that they get to argue with each other for two hours. Now yes I will agree with you the debates are not exactly exciting. Most of the time they are pre-scripted questions with pre-scripted answers but still its really exciting because

A) There is a chance something can be said that could completely change the tone of the election &

B) You have both candidates finally standing next to each other saying what they are going to do fix the country. It’s the first time where you can compare them side by side. Read more of this post

2012 Election Countdown Electoral Map (41 Days)

So it is 41 days until election day. Now since we are obviously getting pretty close, I personally think this is the time of the election season that is the most exciting. Being the political geek that I am, I downloaded an app on my phone where I can make my own electoral maps. So from now until election day I am going to try to give you real-time updates on any electoral changes and any major election news, that could tip the balance of the election.

So this is the first electoral map I have made. I based it on the most recent poll numbers, personal opinion, and other electoral maps. As of now it seems to be a landslide in Obama’s favor at 343 Obama and 195 Romney. Read more of this post

Twitter Bomb!!! #GaryJohnsonMustDebate 9/16/12 2:00PM EST

Been a while since I’ve dropped any knowledge on you, and for that I apologize. (Most of my posts seem to start with apologies.) One thing I will NOT apologize for, however, is my unabashed support for Gary Johnson, Libertarian candidate for President.

America has been the victim of the illusion of choice for generations. Democrat or Republican, it makes no difference. They are both in bed with the same people: the banksters and the corporations. Why can Gary Johnson not get a mention on the evening news despite being a VERY successful governor of the heavily Democratic state of New Mexico? Because what you see and hear is controlled by the government. 95 percent of what you see and hear is controlled by 6 corporations. Their interests are the government’s interests, and vice versa. If Governor Johnson has no chance to win, then why not let him debate?

I wont sit here and bore you to death. Read his campaign page.

It Doesn’t Take Common Sense to Know…Mitt Romney is Going to Lose This Election

When I look at this country, I see two enormous sides and almost nothing in the middle. It’s kind of like the universe in the sense that everything is just expanding away from itself leaving no resemblance of what it used to look like. It’s hard to find common ground on any issue anymore and any contrary opinion is considered a personal attack. Having said that, it shouldn’t come as any surprise that the Republicans would pick a candidate as “Vanilla” as Mitt Romney. He doesn’t step on anyone’s toes and everything he says seems to be written perfectly for the crowd he is addressing. Now, I know candidates since the beginning of politics have played to the crowds. It just seems to me, however, that Romney takes it to a whole new level of pandering. He changes so much from state to state, town to town that there is no way of getting a real read on where he stands on anything. Don’t get me wrong, the president isn’t any better at establishing a real stance on anything, but that is the key to the upcoming election. Read more of this post

The Dangers of a Debt-Based Financial System in 2012

The entire financial system wants to put you down, it wants to make you feel struggle, worry, and hardship. Without the negativity you face in your life, it would seize to exist. It wants you to abide by its strict rules, and if you don’t, no matter how illogical the law may be, they want to lock you in a cage for an extended period of time. The system feeds from corruption at its rotting core. Read more of this post
