Operation Northwoods- An operation signed by The Joint Chiefs of Staff to fake terrorist attacks on American citizens just so we could go to war with Cuba. September 11th connection anyone? History repeats itself. Kennedy vetoed this bill, and was conveniently assassinated soon after.
