Creativity is defined as the tendency to generate or recognize ideas, alternatives, or possibilities that may be useful in solving problems, communicating with others, and entertaining ourselves and others.
The problem that many of us tend to experience when pursuing creative endeavors is achieving a state of complete focus.
A state of complete, uninterrupted focus, is essential for maximizing our creative potential.
This state of focus is not easily achieved when we are faced with external distractions that can prevent us from slipping into the flow state we require to achieve the results we desire. Read more of this post
