HJ: While most people see intuition as one specific skill or ability, it is actually comprised of four distinct levels of awareness. This is an important thing to note because each level has different attributes and different messages and meanings it imparts. This is powerful information to help you on your spiritual journey towards greater levels of consciousness and awareness.

The Higher Self is morally perfect, wise, and is guiding you through this journey as you pretend to be a human being for a little while. It is constantly sending us signs that will point us in the direct of evolution, love, and truth. These are signs that are from you beneath the conscious level, to you at the conscious level.
Here are 3 signs that your Higher Self has been giving you: Read more of this post

It’s like an old mantra; “Music aids in brain development in children…” We are constantly bombard with this statement as if we were a being vocally blasted by a victorian school teacher. At this point we turn the other way and say, “I know I know.” But do we know? Read more of this post

As plainly as it can be stated, geometry is a branch of mathematics. It is generally described as the study of shapes and patterns and their sizes and positions. For the majority of us, geometry is something we learn while in school only to be forgotten soon after.
What then is Sacred Geometry?
When did “sacred” enter into the picture?
Sacred means something holy or connected to “God”, and just when is any lowly geometric shape ever sacred? To the uninitiated, the very idea may be totally absurd. Sacred Geometry after all is a kind of philosophy not very many people can easily wrap their minds around especially when contemplating about it for the first time. Read more of this post

For info on my first post : The Four Pillars of Creativity
This comes off as a vague musing; however, it is the honest truth. The archetypal artist has the gift of being in tune with their surroundings and can find beauty and inspiration in life’s simple things. In terms of the creative process, this is called an Idea Net. Read more of this post

This is my recent short White Wash. It’s about a girl who sees 12 years a slave and then feels incredibly guilty, the girl is white. She goes home to her black roommate proceeds to go on a cleaning frenzy as means of apologizing for the entire history of race relations.

There is strong neurological research evidence to show that humans are controlled by their subconscious mind, and not their conscious minds. The subconscious mind is that which lies directly below the conscious mind and which is important for all major functions and activities of human body. Indeed it would not be untrue to state that every living micro organism in one’s physical body, every fiber in the nerves and every minute cell in one’s brain is nourished, stimulated and controlled by the subconscious. It is the subconscious that is responsible for the state of one’s wellness: physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological health. Read more of this post

HJ: Your genetic code is not set in stone at birth. Researchers are now discovering that it responds dynamically to your thoughts and beliefs. Therefore, it is absolutely possible to upgrade your genetic code by getting a handle on these aspects of yourself.
In every sense, we are now entering the age of the mind, sparked in part by the rapidly expanding and revolutionary field of neuroscience, which is proving many of the new age concept long-held suspect by many in the mainstream scientific community. By studying the mind-body interaction more closely and with the incredible technologies now at our disposal, it is quickly becoming clear that the mind and body are very closely interrelated and have a massive influence on each other.
But what’s more is that by understanding this relationship, we can effectively manipulate it to accomplish incredible things, like healing ourselves physical and actually changing, or rather upgrading, our genetic code. Read more of this post

HJ: The universe is not static — it is dynamically responding to your every thought and emotion, the combination of which is known as your energetic vibration. Despite what mainstream science might have you believe, we actually live in an intelligent, aware universe that is literally programmed to be a mirror of our the content of our mind and the vibration of our emotional state.
Many of you are likely familiar with the Law of Attraction, which is but one of many universal laws (like gravity and the laws of phsyics in a certain sense) that govern our existence. The Law of Attraction is in large part responsive directly to your personal vibration. If it is not clear to you how this is so, then you are in for a treat, because the article below outlines the mechanism of how this operates. And, for that matter, how other aspects of our lives and the universe also respond to our unique energetic vibration.
Understanding the larger framework of how this occurs is extremely important for getting a handle on your own vibration so that you can adjust it to begin creating and attracting that which you wish to be your life experience.
This entire article touches on one of the main points that all people on the conscious path must eventually understand: that life is not happening to us, but being co-created by us. The idea of energetic vibration helps us to understand how this operates and begin our path to mastery.
This is a fantastic article by Ken and we sincerely hope it helps you, where ever you are at on the path. Read more of this post

I have chosen to preface this article with a short paragraph that I wrote years ago after a deep meditation. I came out of it, went straight to my computer, and wrote this out word for word as you see it now in less than a minute.
“The universe sprang forth through a cosmic outpouring of energy from a single, non-existent point derived in void. This outpouring was nothing more or less than the One Thing opening its eye to observe itself. Past and future are false concepts, for only this one moment exists always present. After the One Thing has finished observing itself in this moment, it will collapse in on itself, and fall back to the void from which it was first issued forth. This process repeats for infinity with no beginning or end.” Read more of this post

HJ: Learning how to read other people’s energy is a crucial life skill because it allows you to look beyond what people are saying and understand who they really are at their essence. While people can control what they say fairly easily, their energetic vibration cannot be faked because it is largely controlled by the subconscious mind, meaning that it is a direct reflection of their personal emotional energy. If you can read this correctly, you can get a very accurate read on someone.
However, the irony is that you must in large part read them energetically as your conscious mind can only pick up on so many details. This means being able to tune into your intuition to readily understand and read someone’s energetic vibration, although there are a few things that can be gleaned from simply observing how someone talks, acts and carries themselves in an overarching sense.
Dr. Judith Orloff, a pioneer in this field and an excellent writer to boot, does a wonderful job of explaining and elucidating this skill below. By integrating her extensive knowledge on this topic, you will be able to develop some pretty sharp intuition that will allow you to get a solid energetic handle on anyone you come across. Most physicists foolhardy enough to write a paper claiming that “there are no black holes” — at least not in the sense we usually imagine — would probably be dismissed as cranks. But when the call to redefine these cosmic crunchers comes from Stephen Hawking, it’s worth taking notice. In a paper posted online, the physicist, based at the University of Cambridge, UK, and one of the creators of modern black-hole theory, does away with the notion of an event horizon, the invisible boundary thought to shroud every black hole, beyond which nothing, not even light, can escape.
