    Thank you for stopping by my blog. I enjoy what I have read here on this community blog. Its premise is one I can easily find myself embracing. I may be contacting your team to submit a few samples. Some days I really long to have someone to share thoughts with after all these years of keeping it all within. The most exciting part for me is realizing that my insight is not unique but that it creates an instant bond with anyone who may have shared either the process or a bit of wisdom that comes with the effort.

    I’ve read through your blog and found it most interesting. Although I’ve never done drugs, even a joint, yes really! I do believe that we as humans do have a tendency to make mountains out of molehills. I once worked with a doctor that said, “The human race would be better off if we just infused the water with Prozac.” Enough said.

    Personal mantra, “We are all one people, one race, human.” If we could learn to live as one people and one race, we’d be much better off. I have a dream and I will continue to work this dream until I’m no longer on this heavenly planet.

    You don’t have to do much to help another; a smile and something as simple as saying something like, “Hi! How are you today?” can go a long, long way.

    Never give up hope on someone. Hope may be the only thing they have left.

    Thanks for liking my two posts, “The Christmas that Almost Wasn’t” and “This Christmas.”
    I must tell you that “This Christmas” has been wonderful so far! Having the entire family together for the first time in 12 years brought us all to tears of joy and much laughter!
    Today we spend Christmas brunch at daughter’s house and watch the baby open her gifts from Santa, then spend the evening feasting again.

    Life is good!

    I appreciate your following my blog. It can often feel like you are blogging into a black hole. I had to laugh when I saw zazen in the title of your website. No wonder you liked what I had written! I would not presume to say that what I experienced was a mini-satori, (you know, a mini-satori is when you are there only long enough to think “What the hell was that!” and then it’s over.) but, generally speaking, I am very much influenced by Zen Buddhism, and have found Zen to be my safe haven of sanity whenever I am stressed out or just full of myself. I am not a practicing Zen Buddhist, I don’t do zazen, but whenever I start to philosophize with my pen, I always gravitate towards a Buddhist perspective unless I’m in a frisky mood and just want to mess with people’s heads.
