Never Mind Consciousness, Mind the Subconscious

There is strong neurological research evidence to show that humans are controlled by their subconscious mind, and not their conscious minds. The subconscious mind is that which lies directly below the conscious mind and which is important for all major functions and activities of human body. Indeed it would not be untrue to state that every living micro organism in one’s physical body, every fiber in the nerves and every minute cell in one’s brain is nourished, stimulated and controlled by the subconscious. It is the subconscious that is responsible for the state of one’s wellness: physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological health.
Nourish the subconscious and nourish good mental and physical health, longevity and abundant wellness:
Our subconscious mind is very much like the software that is embedded in the computers which we use. Just as the inbuilt software mechanism reacts to the commands which we give to them, so also our subconscious minds reacts and responds to external stimuli. The fact is that just as bad commands provide bad results similarly, good commands to the subconscious also provides good results. It is indeed input-put balancing for our own well-being and fulfillment through the use of subconscious mind.
We can program our subconscious just as we program our computer softwares:
Arising from the fact that our subconscious minds reacts and responds to stimuli, it is possible for us to program it to perfection. For instance, we normally wake up from sleep at 7 am in the morning, but if tomorrow we wish to be awoken at 4am, all that we need to do is to provide a command to our subconscious to wake us up at the stipulated time. 9 times out of 10, this command would be relayed, processed and stored in the subconscious and would provide the wake up alarm the next day at stipulated time. Whether one heeds to the sub conscious at this time is of course, another matter but the command is certainly conveyed and executed, whether obeyed or not.
Without the functioning of subconscious mind, we would be like infants’, not knowing what next to do:
From the time we get up from sleep till the time we drop off to sleep at night, it is indeed our subconscious mind that is guiding us every second of our lives, although most of us are not aware, or cognizant about it. As a matter of fact, most of us are not even aware of the powers and potential of subconscious mind, and we often take it for granted. Disease, accident or major trauma could play havoc with the subconscious mind and could verily reduce us to vegetable state.
The subconscious mind can be remodeled, restructured and improved through training, practice and suggestions while the conscious mind cannot be done so:
The subconscious mind says to the conscious one- “Your wish is my command” and promptly executes it. Through imagery and visualization techniques, the subconscious mind could be induced to improve performance remarkably and even incredibly.
‘I think, therefore I am’ is a concept that could be developed and enforced in the subconscious, which is indeed the storehouse and treasure hold of all human actions, activities and endeavors. All planning, organizing and executions are carried out in the human subconscious and is only performed by the conscious, which is based on logical and rational choice. The conscious mind does not have any kind of decision-making powers, or the ability to critique thoughts and actions. All our successes, achievement and accomplishment are the handiwork of our subconscious mind.
Indeed our conscious minds are the soil into which we sow the plants and which help them to grow and fructify. If the soil is not good, either the plants will die, or will not grow to their full potential. The nourishment of the soil or the subconscious mind is of prime and utmost consideration and cannot really be ignored, or desisted. Thus the nutrients to our subconscious mind, or our thought nutrients, must nourish our minds and reactivate our souls through positive, healthy and constructive ideals only, and we should actively desist from negative and baneful thinking.
