I am reminded of the epic image of the businessman rushing to get to his next appointment, only to be stuck in traffic and creating a ethos of stress in the scene. No matter how much he tries to get to where he is going, he is faced with obstacles that hold him back fro his goal.

I am reminded of the epic image of the businessman rushing to get to his next appointment, only to be stuck in traffic and creating an ethos of stress in the scene. No matter how much he tries to get to where he is going, he is faced with obstacles that hold him back from his goal.

Life can sometimes feel like this. We think we don’t have enough time in the day to get everything that we want to accomplish completed. Sometimes, we feel as though there is such little time that we don’t even get to start these projects. Therefore, something in our system of doing things isn’t working, and I don’t think time is the issue. 86,400 Can Change Your Life

Time management is essential for a successful life, but if there is lack of motivation, time management can be extremely difficult . Motivation is the key  into time management since that when a person is lacking motivation they probably are not keeping their priorities in front of them: the secret achieving a motivation level that will benefit your every day actions, is stop putting off tomorrow, what you can do right now.

Don’t worry, good time management skills are not hard to develop. They are a skill, and as with any skill it can be cultivated over time. All you really need to manage your time are clear goals, a system in getting to your target, and solid dedication to both, which is really the toughest part for most people.

Everyone has goals and dreams they want to achieve. Some people tell me that they honestly have no idea what they want to do, which tells me they are just lost. But I’ve found that deep down they know what they want, they just think it’s impossible or they have made assumptions in their mind that creates resistance to action towards their goals.
We all know that there are 24 hours in a day. The ole’ saying goes, “Successful people, poor people, and normal people, all of 24hrs. The key is to how we spend those same hours.”

This concept is very important to keep in mind. We all have the same amount of time during the day, the key is in how we use that time. When most are watching TV, are you watching TV as well? Could you be doing more constructive with your time? These are questions you can ask yourself every second of every day. Which, brings me to my next point. For you math wiz’s out there, 86,400 is exactly how many seconds there are in a day. They number of thoughts we think per day is a surprising 80,000 per day.

This interesting correlation between the two makes you think in terms of how we live our lives moment to moment. Are we thinking thoughts, equivalent to the seconds, that can change the course of our lives if we are aware of them. Now, we can come to the agreement that we can’t control all of our thoughts(maybe we can), but that is not excuse worth entertaining. The bottom line is this: If we can change one thought to a positive nature or goal oriented we have made progress towards a better life.

Let’s make no mistake, we’re not machines but humans. We do need time for rest, rebuilding, and repair. We do need time for flow and flexibility to grow in our mind. So, we need to own up to the part of our human nature that controls our actions – thought. Not forgetting to make space for the being human part. Lastly, we need to get yourself together physically. Take a deep breath before you do anything and take note of the thoughts behind the action. This is the best way to begin taking control of your life, and allow 86,400 seconds changes your life.

What is Your Source of Happiness?

Happiness comes in all shapes and sizes. Or does it? Happiness is an interested component to life, especially how we view what makes happy. Different have varying idas as to what makes them happy. However, it seems that the things that makes us the happiest are the things that are contingent on their presence in order to be happy. In other words, we are content without them, but when they appear, are are filled with joy -- like a theme park.
