Satisfaction. Accomplishment. Value.

These are things I’ve discovered within the last few hours.
The happiness we can give this body we have, is fuel. Like gas to a car, water to the flowers or air to our lungs. Our minds are stronger than any muscle we have. It’s the most beautiful thing about any human being. It determines the thing you like, the things you eat and most important the people you love. Your mind gives you the belief in something that isn’t there. Something you want to be, but question.
I believe the craziest thing is that we question our minds.
We question possibilities, which is fucking crazy to me.
Imagine your mind and imagination as your left arm and it wants to pick up a piece of paper, but your right pinkie toe tells it no. Well, that’s what happens when you doubt yourself. You have this massive thing that create such amazing possibilities and feats but you let something so much smaller than you hold you back. Which is annoying because I’ve seen people with unbelievable potential just flat out give up.
No one has ever succeeded by thinking negatively.
Positivity is always preached but rarely practiced.
Anyone who has ever talked to you most likely told you to “follow your dreams”. Which is a really nice way to say goodbye or good luck. Anyone that says that doesn’t believe in truth or honesty. The power to follow a dream is so uncommon these days. Children these days have a strict theme in which society expects them to follow, and they do with myself excluded.
What happens is you go to kindergarten, than elementary school followed by middle and high school. With God’s blessing you make it into a college by then you’ll hopefully graduate without losing your roots.
Then you get married, have Children and hope you stick around long enough to see the grandchildren.
Then you die, with nothing but to be remembered by but pictures and stories.
Not me, I WILL be all that I can because that’s all I can do and you can too. Strive to be more than a story, be more than a memory, be a legend in the minds of people who mean most to you.
I don’t want people to follow these guide lines like drones, I’d love to see people come into their own.
How many times have you heard “everyone is different in their own special way and you can be anything you want to be” because I’ve heard it a lot and I call bullshit.
All I see are people giving up on their dreams and beliefs and going to work 9-5 at some bullshit job they hate. And the answer most commonly given is “well ya know, that’s the way it is.”
“That’s what happens when you grow up”
I’m sorry but I strongly disagree.
By all means I understand you need a job and to pay bills but that should stop you from enjoying what you love. You can’t be consumed by mediocrity because if you are than you will become mediocre.
This world is filled with so many people trying to bring you down and make you stressed or upset that if you dot hold onto that shit that makes you smile what do you have at the end of the day?
We as humans LOVE to laugh and smile, why we spend time comparing ourselves to one another to try to make us feel better about ourselves is beyond me.
I don’t get it!
Be proud of your friends and family because they made you what you are today.
They saw the beauty in you to push you to the amazing, walking and most of all PROGRESSING thing you are today.
Use this beautiful mind you have and take this body and gift of life you have to make it all it can be.
Dreams are the only truth you have to hang on to!
