Although The Dark Knight Rises doesn’t need much more marketing, there has been findings of some incredible 3D street art for the movie. The Dark Knight Rises is perhaps the most hyped blockbuster of the summer and will compete with Marvel’s The Avengers for the claim to the biggest opening weekend at the box office (which surpassed The Dark Knight at third and Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Pt. 2), as well as the highest grossing superhero movie of all time which The Avengers stole from The Dark Knight in May.

It seems that the streets of Madrid, Spain are turning into Gotham city. With the Batman symbol burning in the flame-filled underground, Madrid residents look as if they are in danger of joining the terrors taking place in Gotham City. But do not fear, Batman will arrive tonight to save the city.

The team who created this billboard sculpted the grisly looking debris themselves, giving people a view of the metal supports behind the layers of cardboard. The image appears to emerge from a black and white photo of spectators most likely suffering in the hells of Gotham City. There is no title on the print – just the date “July 20″ in white letters across the bottom.
