The Complete Bane Workout (The Dark Knight Rises)

Batman has seen some viciously evil villains in the Dark Knight series, but none of them come as physically terrifying as Bane. He is fast, powerful and has one of the most intimidating physiques out of any villain, ever.
Behind the mask of Bane is actor Tom Hardy, and he had to follow a serious diet and workout schedule in order to mold himself into Bane. ConFITdent.com, a men’s fitness website that was created to help guys improve their confidence, has completed a full series of workouts that will get you Big Like Bane.
